All advertising on puslinch.net must conform to a strict format. The ads must be static--nothing flashing or blinking. Also, the ads must be for local businesses. The dimensions of the ads are 275 by 60 pixels which translates to about 4 inches by 3/4 of an inch on a 17 inch monitor set for 800 x 600 resolution. The ads are a link to your web site. There is a maximum of 4 ads per page, 2 at the top and 2 at the bottom of the page. The ads are moved to different locations on a monthly basis to ensure maximum visibility. An ad costs $200 per year and is placed in three locations. If you don't have a web site to link to, puslinch.net will provide you with one at no charge. The site is not a custom designed site, but is a customized one page site adapted from a template. The site will be hosted on puslinch.net and the address would be www.puslinch.net/yoursitename.
