Crabmeat Dip
Servings: Approximately 3 cups of dip
Time: 20 minutes
1 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic; minced
1 tablespoon parsley; chopped
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon worchestshire sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper (red); ground
1//2 cup yogurt, plain
1 tablespoon sherry
1 teaspoon chives; chopped
2 6 oz cans crabmeat, rinsed and drained; tossed with 2 tbsp lemon juice
Combine all ingredients except crab meat and crackers in medium bowl and
mix well. Gently stir in crab meat. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Spread over crackers or toast.
