Crabmeat Dip


Servings: Approximately 3 cups of dip
Time: 20 minutes

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic; minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley; chopped
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon worchestshire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper (red); ground
  • 1//2 cup yogurt, plain
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • 1 teaspoon chives; chopped
  • 2 6 oz cans crabmeat, rinsed and drained; tossed with 2 tbsp lemon juice



    Combine all ingredients except crab meat and crackers in medium bowl and mix well. Gently stir in
    crab meat. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Spread over crackers or toast.
