Cream Cheese Dip
Servings: approximately 1 1/2 cups
Time: 15 minutes
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 tsp oregano
2 tsps chopped chives
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp celery salt
couple dashes hot pepper sauce
2 tsp. parsley, chopped
Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend well. Taste and adjust amount of yogurt and mayonnaise for desired taste and consistency.
This dip is best prepared a few hours ahead of time to allow the flavors to blend.
Serve on crackers or as a dip for chips or vegetables.
