Servings: 6 servings Time: 20 minutes + marinating time Preheat grill to medium high heat. Alternate chunks of pepper, pork and onions on skewers. Grill for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until pork is done. Baste with reserved marinade during cooking. Comments: As the pork cooks at a different rate than the vegetables, I find it easier to cook the pork separately on skewers and do the vegetables in a grill basket. |
