Yorkshire Pudding


Servings: 6 servings
Time: 45 minutes

  • 7/8 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water



    Preheat oven to 350 F.

    Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until everything is blended and there
    are large air bubbles. Let rest in the fridge for approximately one hour, then beat it again for
    a few seconds.

    Put 1 tsp butter in each of 6 muffin tins and heat in oven until bubbly. Pour in the batter and bake
    for approximately 1/2 hour until the puddings are puffy and golden.

    Serve immediately.




    Comments: The key to making good yorkshire puddings is to have all the ingredients at
    room temperature before you begin.
