Yorkshire Pudding
Servings: 6 servings Time: 45 minutes Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until everything is blended and there are large air bubbles. Let rest in the fridge for approximately one hour, then beat it again for a few seconds. Put 1 tsp butter in each of 6 muffin tins and heat in oven until bubbly. Pour in the batter and bake for approximately 1/2 hour until the puddings are puffy and golden. Serve immediately.
